At Noor & Co, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable courier service when returning your order. Noor & Co is not responsible for returned items that are lost, delayed, or damaged during return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
Items that have been worn or used
Items damaged by the customer
Items returned without original packaging
Sale or clearance items, unless faulty
Items returned after the return period
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original delivery fees are non-refundable unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or faulty.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Photos of the packaging
A short explanation of the issue
If the issue is approved, we will arrange a suitable solution, such as a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Under South African consumer law, defective goods may have additional return rights, including remedies within six months where the product does not meet required quality standards. This policy does not remove any rights you may have under applicable law.
Exchanges
We may allow exchanges depending on stock availability. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first before sending anything back.
